What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, institution or company (optional) and your message.
- Order or quotation requests: the same contact details, your delivery location, any notes you add, and the products and quantities in your cart.
We do not collect card or mobile-money details on this website. Please do not type payment credentials into any message box.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, confirm availability, final prices and delivery, and to keep a record of requests we have received. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies
The website uses a single session cookie to remember your shopping cart and to protect forms against misuse. It does not track you across other websites. This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies; if that changes, this page will be updated.
Storage and security
Order and quotation requests are stored on our server in a location that is not publicly accessible. Enquiry emails are delivered to our business mailbox. Access is limited to authorised staff.
Sharing
We share information only where needed to fulfil your request (for example with delivery partners or suppliers) or where we are legally required to do so.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email bridgewellscientific@gmail.com and we will respond.
